Ol’chefskis BBQ was established in 2016 When Jason & Grace Olszewski took their wedding funds and purchased a smoker and a pop up tent. They Set out to turn Jasons Love for Smoking Meat, into a weekend gig slinging sandwiches at his Moms Farm Market.

In 2017 They took their Profits from the prior year and put that money down on what would be know as the BBQ Shack, an Amish Built Shed that Jason Transformed the inside into a licensed mobile Kitchen. From 2017 through 2019 The Olszewski’s Hustled BBQ seasonally from the little shed, developing a strong Following of folks seeking out good BBQ. Supported by Fox 8s New Day Cleveland, and Winning the Award for Cleveland’s Best BBQ through Cleveland.com, the news spread of the Little Shack and day after day they would Sell Out of the Meats they prepared. They continued to Reinvest all of their profits back into the Business, Purchasing more equipment, and expanding their serving space. They also took on help and started the BBQ Crew.

At the end of 2019 The Olszewskis had maxed out on space at the Farm Market, Exceeding all expectations for growth. And quite frankly they were tired of Shutting things down for the winter. Bless it Be, They were able to Secure the perfect location for a year round establishment. 2 Miles down the road from the Farm Market is where you will find the BBQ Shop. Signing the lease in January of 2020, Jason again was tasked with building out another commercial kitchen. He transformed what was once a Golf Course Pro Shop, into what is Now a Fast Service Take Out BBQ Shop! After Surviving the Government Shut down, They are still struggling through the daily unknowns associated with costs, they are so grateful for the community they call home.

Jason and Grace Olszewski both spent their childhoods growing up in Aurora and graduated from their top ranking high school for education! They try hard to continually donate back to the community that so graciously has welcomed them and comes back week after week for more delicious smoked BBQ! They cant wait to see you, at the BBQ Shop!
